Also delete the 7z file you initially downloaded.
I also had this issue with the text and some parts of the UI being really big. 99% of anti-virus software can and will significantly slow down any computer, all while doing an extraordinarily poor job at protecting against viruses. However, when I try to activate the mod, I simply get a spinning cursor icon and the program stops responding. I had the INI edit for the fonts in all three inis with my MO2 profile, also had Automatic Archive Invalidation active.
It has been updated more recently than the regular DarN.
